Cancellation Policy

A 30% of the total reservation cost will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation. This deposit (-3% credit card expenses) is fully refundable in case of cancellation 11 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellation of your reservation 10 days or less prior to the arrival date, results in a 50% cancellation fee of the total reservation cost. Cancellation of your reservation 3 days or less prior to the arrival date, or in case of Non Show / Early Departures results in a 100% cancellation fee (The total reservation cost).

Children Policy

Children up to 2 years old are accommodated in a baby cot free of charge.
Children 2-12 years old get a 50% discount on the third person rate ( sharing room with 2 adults).

Special Terms

Rates include all taxes except overnight accommodation tax (0,25 Euro per room, per overnight) which is payable upon arrival at the hotel.

Area Information

Agia Paraskevis is near the island's airport, between Monolithos and Kamari. It is a very quiet village that took its name from the synonymous church. It is a place of worship for thousands of visitors.

Travel Information

The apartments are only 80 meters from the nearest beach and there is a bus stop 100 meters from the hotel complex with a regular bus to local island destinations. Next to the beach (50 meters away) one can visit local Greek taverns and taste traditional cuisine.
